เมื่อเวลา 19.30 น. วันที่ 28 ก.ย. ที่กองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 5 น.ส.ธันยนันท์ หรือ มินนี่ ผู้ต้องหาในคดีเป็นเจ้าของเว็บพนันออนไลน์ เปิดเผยถึงความสัมพันธ์กับ พ.ต.อ.ภาคภูมิ พิสมัย ว่ารู้จักกันตั้งแต่ปี 2563 ในงานเลี้ยง จ.เลย ได้คบหากันในระยะเวลาสั้นๆ ก่อนจะเลิกรากันไปหลังรู้ว่า พ.ต.อ.ภาคภูมิ มีครอบครัวแล้ว กระทั่งปี 2566 ได้บังเอิญกลับมาเจอกัน คุยกันอีกครั้ง ก่อนที่ความสัมพันธ์จะกลับมาเป็นเหมือนเดิมในช่วงระยะเวลาหนึ่ง ยืนยันไม่ได้อยู่บ้านหลังเดียวกัน
